Oats Omlette

Equipment

  • Stove with a pan

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 egg whole egg
  • 3 eggs Egg White
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup red peppers
  • 1 tbsp hp sauce

Instructions

Prepare the egg mix

  • Put the oats into a mixing bowl
  • Add egg whites and whole egg to the mix
  • Mix vigorously
  • Give oats a minute to absorb the egg

Cooking

  • Put spray cook on the pan
  • Pour egg onto the pan and cook open until cooked half way through
  • Add mushrooms and peppers then close the omelette
  • Cook 1-2 mins each side

Enjoy

  • Add salt or pepper and enjoy!
