Oats Omlette

- ¼ cup oats
- 1 egg whole egg
- 3 eggs Egg White
- ¼ cup mushrooms
- ¼ cup red peppers
- 1 tbsp hp sauce
Prepare the egg mix
Put the oats into a mixing bowl
Add egg whites and whole egg to the mix
Mix vigorously
Give oats a minute to absorb the egg
Cooking
Put spray cook on the pan
Pour egg onto the pan and cook open until cooked half way through
Add mushrooms and peppers then close the omelette
Cook 1-2 mins each side
